Since I wasn’t doing anything today, I decided that I would go ahead and do some trial offers to get some additional cash scraped up for my snowflaking efforts. This is really easy stuff, and if you’re not already doing it, I’m going to show you how. Within about 30 minutes from now, I’m going to put about $60.00 in the mail headed your way.

First, the necessities:

  1. An empty credit card - I prefer an empty one, because it’s easier to watch the activity. Don’t use one that you use day to day because the transactions can be a hassle to watch if you have to. But, if you don’t have an empty one, then any currently available one will do. We’re not going to charge alot here. You don’t need a credit card to complete all the offers, just the higher paying ones, you can use a debit card as well. But if you don’t have a credit card, it’s okay, just continue on to #2.
  2. A fresh Gmail account - Doing surveys and offers will generally get your email address out there and on the spam lists. Rather than fight them off, just get a new email address. I recommend Gmail because of their ausome spam filtering, which helps you filter out the bad spam from the good spam, if that makes sense. Pick it up at gmail.com.
  3. A Google Calendar account - Google Calendar, or any calendar program, will help remind you of due dates for cancellation of your offers that you do not want to keep. You could track this information in a spreadsheet too, just remember to refer to it daily to see if you need to cancel anything today. You should get this with your Gmail account, so go over to calendar.google.com and check it out. Personally, I set it up to text me at noon on the days I want to cancel, but it can email you as well, or you can just check it daily.
  4. A couple offer accounts - Two good ones that I’ve used are Cash Crate and InboxDollars. Go over to these and sign up with your information and your new Gmail account. There’s no cost to join.

Now once you sign up for Cash Crate and InboxDollars, you’re going to see the ability to complete offers. The payouts range from 10 cents to over $20. The big ones are the ones you want to go for. So once you see an offer, let’s check it out.

First, your going to click the link of the offer and go to the offer’s landing page. The FIRST thing I do at this point is check around the site for the “Terms and Conditions” link. It’s usually in here that you will find the cancellation information, including the phone number, if applicable. You’re going to want this, because it most likely won’t be presented to you anywhere else (they like to keep the cancellation process hidden). Some sites might let you cancel online, so look for that too.

Second, familiarize yourself with the terms of the offer from Cash Crate or InboxDollars. Usually you have to sign up for a trial, or order something small. I usually stick with the trial offers. Just note how long you have to cancel before the trial kicks over to a paying membership. If it’s a 14 day trial, I usually cancel in 10. 7 day, I’ll cancel in 4. I don’t do it on the last day, ever! It gives me a few days leeway in case anything goes wrong.

Third, complete the offer. This usually involves providing some information, and your credit card number (on non credit card offers, no credit card will be needed, obviously). Watch for any confirmation numbers.

Remember to be writing this stuff down while you’re doing it, the offer, cancel by date, cancel method (phone number), and I even record what I should get paid for the offer, what the offer costs me (if anything), any confirmation numbers I get, and the email address or username I signed up with (they’ll ask for it when you cancel).

Once you’ve finished the offer, head back over to the offer provider page and claim your registration. Usually this is a simple button next to the offer link you originally clicked. Cash Crate requires this.

Lather, rinse, repeat with other offers.

Once you’re finished, head over to your Google Calendar account and start putting in the cancellation information by the cancel dates you wrote down. I put all the information in there, so I have it handy when I call to cancel.

Once you’ve finished a handful of offers, or reached enough to juggle for now, don’t forget to head over to their referral centers and get your referral link. Send this to just a few people and show them how to make a few bucks quickly. Encourage them to do the same.

If you haven’t already signed up with these two, I encourage you to do so through the links above, or the banners below, and help a poor young man snowflake his way out of debt (ok, ok, blatant begging there…)

Happy Money Making!
